Britney Spears says Femme Fatale "speaks for itself,"but than doesn't mean she isn't up for just a little self-promotion.

"The bitch is back and better than ever," the pop princes informs the public at large in a new cover story for V magazine.

"I wanted to make a fierce dance record where each song makes you want to get up and move your body in a different way," Spears explains. "That's what I want from the music I listen to."

Hence all the Black Eyed Peas and M.I.A on her iPod.

This record she continues,"is for the clubs,or something you play before you go out at night.It's definitely my edgiest and most mature sound yet."

Allowing that Femme Fatale is both an "evolution" and a "revolution" spears says the album "expresses where I am today as a woman and is an evolution of who I am."

Paris Hilton was born February 17, 1981, to Rick and Kathy Hilton, making her the great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, founder of the Hilton hotels and source of the family fortune -- estimated at $300 million. Her grandfather, Conrad ''Nicky'' Hilton, Jr., also brought some notoriety to the family, as he was the first of Elizabeth Taylor's many ex-husbands.
